There are hundreds of thousands of members from over 200 Shrine Centers (Chapters) in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, the Republic of Panama, the Philippines, and Germany. The organization is best known for its philanthropy, Shriners Children's, and the red fezzes that members wear.
