Special Shrine Forms are to be filled out by members or staff of our Shrine Center.  Download these forms, sign them, and upload them to our Shrine Center.  Shrine Petitions are for joining our Shrine Center.  Every new member needs to fill out a Petition Form.  Thank you for considering joining our Shrine Center.

To become a Shriner, you must first be a Master Mason in Freemasonry. If you meet this requirement, you are warmly invited to join us!

Next, you need to ask a current Shriner to sponsor your application. If you don’t know any Shriners, please reach out to us, and we would be glad to introduce you to one.  Finally, submit the required petition to the Shrine Center.
